Input and processing example

Compare it yourself · Illustrative example

비교 / Compare
A: 공개 단축 URL → 목적지
B: 목적지 직접 요청
Record A’s redirect chain and B’s direct response.

Steps to verify

  • Record both starting URLs.
  • Check final URL and redirects.
  • Repeat comparisons under similar conditions.

How to interpret the result

Redirect following can contribute to elapsed time. Do not treat the entire difference as a fixed cost for one hop.

Deciding what to do next

Use Redirect Check to inspect the chain before reviewing unnecessary hops. Cache, connection and transient conditions also affect timing.

Feature scope

Measure the received body and elapsed fetch time from the Korean server, not all assets, rendering, pure TTFB or a Core Web Vitals score.
