URLTO provides web-based URL shortening, QR, UTM, link management, and analytics tools. Features and availability may change for reliability, safety, or operational reasons.

Prohibited use

• Phishing, malware distribution, fraud, impersonation, or spam
• Illegal content distribution or links that infringe third-party rights
• Automated abuse or attacks that harm service security or reliability
• Using shortened links to intentionally mislead people about dangerous destinations

Link restriction and removal

URLTO may block or remove links based on reports, security signals, legal requests, or operational review. A custom alias is not a permanent ownership right and may be restricted when required for policy or service operation.

Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Users should test important campaign and printed links before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for indirect loss and third-party destination content may be limited.
