운영 예시 / Operating example
현재 / Current: 활성 / active
수정 중 / During edit: 비활성 / inactive
재개 조건 / Resume: 목적지 검증 + 상태 확인 / destination and status verified

Steps to verify

  • Record the reason and affected addresses.
  • Save the state through private controls.
  • Check the public address after resuming.

How to interpret the result

Deactivation pauses the public redirect, not the original site. Expiry, deletion or restrictions can still prevent availability despite an activation setting.

Deciding what to do next

Choose between stopping the redirect and keeping an available link to a notice. A deactivated redirect does not deliver visitors to an updated notice page.

Feature scope

Management uses the private access information from creation. Review activation, expiry, deletion and restrictions together; original-site publication and closure remain separate.

Frequently asked questions

Does deactivation close the original page?

It affects the URLTO redirect. Manage publication or registration closure separately in the destination service.
