hello world → 2

안녕하세요 → 1

Steps to verify

  • Inspect spaces and tabs.
  • Compare expected units with the count.
  • Check the receiving service’s definition.

How to interpret the result

A comma alone does not create a whitespace boundary. This is not morphological or language-specific grammatical analysis.

Deciding what to do next

If a submission service uses its own count, inspect that result. Use URLTO for whitespace-based draft review.

Feature scope

Count code points, non-whitespace characters, UTF-8 bytes, whitespace-separated words and lines in the browser, not glyphs or every publishing service’s limits.
